Autism Acceptance and neurodiversity
New blog post!
Autism is a group of differences in a person's neurology that affects the way someone experiences the world. It affects things like how you are social, experience sensory input, and think about things. Read the whole blog text about "What is autism?" from this link
The Neurominority Activists Association promotes equality and rights for people belonging to the neurominority in Finland. We work together with the Youth Activists section.

We offer peer support, have a social impact and create space for the voices of those belonging to the neurominority. Anyone who identifies as a neurominority can become a member. You can also support our activities with an ally or support membership.
People with neurodevelopmental disabilities still face significant barriers in social and health services, education and employment. Discriminatory attitudes, lack of information and accessibility problems make inclusion difficult. That is why we are actively working to advocate and offer community support.
Welcome to explore our association and follow us on social media! We are adding new things all the time, so please visit our website regularly.
Here you can read the welcome message from the association's board chairman, Makte Muuri.
Our active youth section, Nuoret Aktivistit, is especially active on social media. So it's worth following.
Are you ready to join in making a difference for the neurominority?
